How do I set up file sharing and printer sharing?

I set up my Belkin router modem and PC are directly related to my XP starts. I acess the internet on it, and make it acess my wireless Dell laptop, the Vista is on. How do I set up file sharing between the two computers and how to make my Epson Stylus Photo 700 printer connected to my PC? I clicked on the preferences printr sharing enabled and have tried it from my searcjong Vista, but not step on them. Do I to set up another area or somtheong? If so, how? I'm tired of making THW Network Setup Wizard, but fails, and if I have the Wireless Wizard try, I succeed, but can not seem to connect on two computers in it. Help please.

In the main computer where the printer is installed, just to the printer folder within the Control Panel. Right click All in one printer and click Sharing. Click Share this printer in the window and then press OK. Go Get the IP address of your computer, click Start, Run, type "cmd", type Enter "ipconfig". Make a note of where it is "Local Area Connection", says IP address: "Pay with points. After this the computer without a printer. In the other computer, go Start, Run, type ipaddress "ipaddress where are the numbers of the 1st Computer. If a window opens, a user name and password input to ask those credentials on your computer. If it does not ask it will be even better. Now with this command will open a folder and the printer will be there. Double- on the printer and now the 2nd Computer is able to use it. BTW, both computers have to be in the same WORKGROUP. To check this: Right click on My Computer icon On the desktop, go to Properties, Computer Name tab. There you can change the name of the workgroup and even change.
