Microwave outer housing can not really put this a leak?

We recently had a friend before replacing a fuse, the outer Housing had blown under in our microwave. When he put them back together, he does not quite clip the case properly on one side near the Magnetron. Will this cause the microwave leaking, or is the internal bit of the stove shield us from this?

To the best of my knowledge, it will not leak, the cover there is a sham and that no one accidentally sticks in their hands or fingers around the electrical components inside. I've seen repair service men work the microwave without cover at all during testing of their repairs.
