How do I figure out what size jacket I am?

Hey there this jacket that I want to order and well I’m not sure whether to get a small or medium. I’m pretty sure I need a small but I don’t want to be stuck with a jacket thats to small. So if you could help me figure out what size I am (Adult sizes in case you weren’t sure) that be fantastic. Thanks.

Usually there’s a size list when you check out online, but if there isn’t I usually go for a large. If this helps I’m 5′7, 14 years old, and I wear larges. So if you’re around my range, I would get that. If not, meduim. BTW i’m skinny.

EDIT: I usually get larges in hoodies because I like them big, but if I want it just right I get a meduim.
