What kind of shoes should a bartender wear?

They should be three things is my guess, this is just a guess, Compfortable, should probably be flats, and water proof? The thing is, Water proof shoes all look, um…..not very stylish. do they have to be water proof? wear crocs, they r definately water proof but they arent gonna protect ur feet if u drop something on them, hope this helps
