Does anybody think that theOFT stand a chance of winning in the court case against bank charges?

How can these charges be justified?Its a vicious circle for those people who are working themselves into the ground just to live!Apparently these banks are making 3.5 billion pounds on these charges.I have a friend that works for a bank and their profit is shared between staff at the end of the year,is that right?
If I default on my credit cards surely I’ll have more charges to pay?
I thin most people like me would be happy if the charges were reduced somewhat!

Whatever the outcome the banks will use it as an excuse to fleece us even more.They have no shame.
